In order to activate your Course Portal, please follow these 3 steps:
- Check your email for a “Your Skye High Interactive – Shop Order…”
- Click the “Download Your Files” link under API DOWNLOADS
- Copy the API key – you will need to paste in this API key into your plugin to activate it!
For those with a WordPress site:
- Log in to your WordPress site
- Hover over or click on the “plugins” tab on the left hand navigation
- Choose the Add New Option
- Select Upload Plugin at the top left
- Choose file or drag and drop it in
- Click Install Now. This may take a few moments
- Page will reload once downloaded
- Click Activate Plugin
- It is now installed and you will find access via the “Portal Area” tab within the left hand navigation
For those who don’t already have a WordPress site already:
- Sign up for a Host (we recommend the Basic plan from Bluehost – $3.45/month!)
- Get a Domain (You can get a domain from Bluehost as well!)
- Point the domain to the hosting site (see this article here for steps)
- Install WordPress and choose a theme (can be a free theme)
- Install our Plugin (following steps to the left or see the video “What happens after clicking Buy Now“)

How do I re-order the Modules?
You will need to download a Free plug-in called Simple Taxonomy Ordering. Watch this video to see the steps you will need to follow in order to re-order your modules.
Can I add people manually to Membership Plans?
Yes! You can add users to one or multiple membership plans in the back-end of your site. Just click on WooCommerce – Memberships – Membership Plans.
